Free shipping option available for all orders, worldwide. As the free option is untraceable, we recommend choosing the trackable option.
Orders are shipped from Sweden. Orders outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or other taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.

ORDER & PAYMENT.
There are several payment options available on our site. We accept all major credit cards and payment services, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.
All transactions are handled by Shopify payment services. Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details.
Prices, customs and currencies.
The prices you see specified at Killnoise.com are stated in the available currency of your market. They exclude eventual shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout. Killnoise is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency. We do not take responsibility for custom charges outside of EU.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
Returns and exchange policy.
You have the right to exchange or return your products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The products have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange a product, you must cover shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your products or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.
How to return or exchange products.
Contact us and state your order number, which products you wish to return and the reason for the return. We we will contact you with the proper instructions. If you do not contact us before returning the products, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
