When should I use Killnoise earplugs?

What size should I choose?
Most adults with average to large ear canals use size M/L. Those with smaller ear canals — often children, young people, and women — usually do best with size S.
How do I insert my earplugs?
Use the Monkey Grip: place your arm over your head and grab the tip of your ear while gently inserting the earplug with a twisting motion. The earplugs will soften with use. To speed up the process, you can gently squeeze and massage them a bit in warm water.
How do I clean my earplugs?
Simply wash them with soap and water.
How long do my earplugs last?
Our earplugs are built to go the distance. Many users keep the same pair for years — only grabbing extras to have them ready at concerts, on trips, at work, or in the car. Durable, reliable, and always within reach.

Is the shipping free?
Free shipping options are available for orders more than €25. For smaller orders, a small shipping fee applies. See shipping details at checkout.
When will I get my order?
We do our very best to ensure that you receive your products as fast as possible. We generally deliver within the following timeframe:
Nordic: 2-5 business days
Europe: 2-7 business days
North America: 5-15 business days
World: 5-20 business days.
Do I pay import tax for orders outside the EU?
Yes, orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are charged when your package reaches your country. We do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes for non-EU orders. Charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for details.
Can I return my order?
You can return unused products with labels and packaging intact within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact us for return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 days after we receive the items.
How do I return my order?
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide the proper return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may risk not being refunded. We do not accept returns sent by registered (recommended) post for pickup. We are not responsible for lost packages.
